1. Exchange or return:

To request an exchange or refund, simply click on the “EXCHANGE” button in the menu within the customer's logged-in area. 

The consumer will have up to 7 (seven) calendar days to cancel purchases made through the website, the period starting from the date of receipt of the product(s). When making this request, the consumer must provide the full name, order number, reason for return/exchange/cancellation and contact telephone number. In cases of cancellation, the consumer may exchange the product for another of the same value or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Important: Only products that are in their original packaging, with labels and without signs of use will be accepted for return. Returned products will undergo a technical analysis and, if misuse is found, the cost of return will be the responsibility of the buyer.
