Delivery Policies
1. Shipping and Delivery of Orders
1.1. Coverage Area
We ship throughout Brazil via the Post Office (Sedex or PAC) and abroad via companies such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, depending on delivery availability for the destination country.
1.2. Order Processing
Orders paid with credit card are generally approved within 24 hours.
Payments by bank slip can take up to 72 hours for confirmation.
THE Shipping only starts after payment confirmation.
Our deadline separation and dispatch is up to 5 consecutive days after payment approval.
You will receive a confirmation email once payment is approved. When the order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking code so you can track the delivery on the Correios website.
1.3. Delivery Time
The delivery time informed at the time of purchase includes:
Separation and dispatch time
Shipping time according to the type of shipping chosen
Important: If there is a delay, please contact us. within 20 days after the date of posting. After 30 days from posting, it is no longer possible to file complaints with the carrier.

2. Delivery Methods (Brazil)
2.1. Sedex
Deliveries from Monday to Saturday, on weekdays.
They are made until 3 consecutive delivery attempts.
If there is no one to receive it, the package will be available at the Post Office for 7 consecutive days, after that it will be returned.
For rural areas or areas considered at risk, delivery is made exclusively to the nearest agency.
2.2. PAC and Registered Print
Deliveries from Monday to Friday, on working days.
Are made 2 delivery attempts. The first attempt is on the day of arrival at the distribution unit and the second, on the following business day.
If the order is returned to Rux due to the recipient's absence or failure to collect it from the agency, a new shipping must be paid by the customer for forwarding.
3. Areas with Home Delivery Restrictions
The Post Office They do not deliver to homes in:
Rural areas
Hard to reach regions
Places considered at risk
In these cases:
The object is forwarded to the agency closest to the destination zip code.
An arrival notice is left at the address (when possible).
The recipient has until 7 consecutive days to collect the order, bringing an identification document.
Attention:
The Post Office does not always leave a notice of arrival. Therefore, it is essential track order tracking frequently.
After the storage period at the agency, the package will be returned to our logistics center and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending.
