Promotional periods are specific purchasing opportunities that generate a benefit (discount) for the customer under certain conditions. If there is a need to EXCHANGE or RETURN orders with a discount, the customer must choose:

1. Reimbursement or;
2. Voucher issuance to be used on the website for a new purchase.

If you choose a VOUCHER, it will be issued for the value of the order or item purchased at a discount. It will not be possible to use the VOUCHER at the same time as another discount coupon for the same order.
