Delivery Policies
1. Shipping and delivery of orders:
1.1. Delivery Region
We ship to all of Brazil via Correios (Sedex or PAC) and other regions of the world according to the delivery availability of the logistics companies DHL, Fedex or UPS.
1.2. About shipping
Typically, purchases made with credit cards are authorized within 24 hours, and purchases made with bank slips are approved within 72 hours. The shipping process will only begin after payment for your purchase has been confirmed.
Attention, logistics process: we request a period of 5 calendar days to separate and dispatch the order.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a payment confirmation email. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the registration number so you can track your merchandise on the Correios website.
1.3.Delivery time
The Consumer Protection Code (CDC) does not establish a maximum period for the delivery of products. However, the CDC determines that the delivery time must be informed to the consumer at the time of purchase.
The deadline will be determined when the order is issued, the shipping simulation already considers the dispatch deadline + shipping deadline in the calculation.
If there is any delay, please contact us within 20 days after the date of posting to contact the Post Office or the company responsible for shipping. After 30 days from the date of posting, it is not possible to register a complaint.
To obtain detailed information during the freight route directly from the Post Office:

Opening hours (except holidays): Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm and Saturday, from 8am to 2pm.
1.4.About delivery (Brazil)
Sedex: offers home delivery on weekdays, from Monday to Saturday, in all municipalities in Brazil.
There will be 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, the first being on the same date of arrival at the distribution unit. If delivery is impossible due to the house being closed or the absence of a person with civil capacity, the package will be available for delivery at the agency closest to the recipient's address for seven (7) calendar days, after which it will be returned to the sender. Delivery at the postal unit counter is only made to the recipient or to a person authorized by him/her, in the appropriate field on the arrival notice left by the postman. If delivery is not possible for other reasons, the package will be returned immediately.
Delivery of the order in rural or risk areas is carried out exclusively at the Post Office closest to the recipient's address.
Pac and registered print: Home delivery, on business days, from Monday to Friday, or internal delivery (PO Box, Requested Posta Restante and Dropped Posta Restante).
There will be 2 delivery attempts, the 1st attempt being on the same day the item arrives at the distribution unit. The 2nd attempt will be made on the following business day.
If the package is returned to Rux, the customer must pay for the return shipping, as the Post Office will charge for the service again.
1.5. Areas with home delivery restrictions (Brazil)
The Post Office does not deliver items to homes in some cities, rural areas, or hard-to-reach or high-risk areas. If the item is destined for an area with restrictions on home delivery, the Post Office will assess what action should be taken for the indicated ZIP code, and may extend the delivery period for the item by an additional 7 days or send the item to one of the Post Office locations so that the recipient can pick it up. The Post Office will leave a notice of arrival at the recipient's address, and the recipient must go to the indicated Post Office location, bringing identification documents, to pick up the item. The storage period is 7 calendar days for SEDEX and PAC.
IMPORTANT:
1- In some cases, the Post Office does not send the arrival notice to the recipient's address, so it is very important to track your order periodically (the tracking code is sent by email).
2- It is very important to check the storage period of the object at the Post Office, because after the mentioned period, the object will be returned to the Publisher and a new shipping fee will be charged for resending.
